Congratulations! your child now has a place where they can play and have a level of exploration without so much of our time as parents logging them back in, worrying if they will be sent to that "U-tube" place where they then dissapear into the unknown world. My wife and I have 8 children understand the constant barrage of kids asking for passwords, advertising popups stopping kids game play and partially blocked information on sites requiring you to pay for extra content, sites that are well above the abilities of the youngest children leaving kids pestering for help or being plain flustered.. My wife, Patricia received her Masters in Teaching and can attest to the value of learning and we both know as parents that the big name sites are well put together and have the flaw of being are open to the outside internet, as I am assured that you have found out for yourself. The job I have set myself out to do is learn web programming and while I learn I wish to use any talent I gained for the benefit of those that otherwise are not served by the web community and business itself.
Privacy
Everything within this site is built internally that there exists no outside linking to other platforms, no linking to any other webpages and none of the advertising will have links. This is done in order to protect your child from straying off by clicking on random advertising or other in-site popups. No data collection nor information collection will be conducted on this site. Currently, I have no plans to allow any communication with the outside or within this site. The overall intent is to maintain absolute privacy of the user to mitigate outside influences on the user. This site is like having your own playground in your backyard where the parent knows exactly what toys are within the playground. Becasue this site is an opinion of mine this allows me to emphasize my way of thinking and my way of thinking allows children free access to the material unhindered by pop-up blockers, passwords, permissions, adverting that limits movement. I believe site should be accessible as well as reviewable in easily manner by the parent looking out for their childs best interest.

If you are interested in advertising on this website please email caseyarcade@protonmail.com with your offer. Conditions of advertisement is as follows: All site advertisement will be reproduced & reinterpreted by myself to fit the medium and child format. Advertiser will get email copy and 14 business days to respond with any changes or requests. Request may be accepted or denied at Casey Arcade will. All advertising will be internal and not allowed to be linked. No advertising shall block the free movement of children through the kids section. Payment shall be received before commission work begins and one month shall be alloted for preperation of ad before launching to the site itself. Advertiser may choose to have ad on parents page or as game. Clean upstanding and respectible advertising based on the morality of Casey Arcade will be final judge of publication. Casey Arcade reserves absolute right to refuse service at anytime. Parents page only may contain popups. All published and developed work is considered copyright and ownership will be property of Casey Arcade. Royalties based for use of Casey Arcade copyright images, logo, advertising will not exceed .05% gross and be no less than .05% gross.
Because this site is my personal opinion then therefore no liability, no assurance is granted from me to you under any circumstances. With this you agree to hold me legally harmless and you will come to my defense and legally sack those aggressors against me. You also agree that you are the parent who is not only a guardian to protect the innocence of your and other childrens "childhood" by assisting where feasible in good faith.
Any physical threats will be legally dealt and submitted to proper authorities. Computer threats, hacking or copyright infringment to include DoS or other forms of malware shall be legally process and pursued.
Fairly simple policy. You are the parent and by allowing your child to review any materials posted you agree implicitly and explicitly that my work is made for the betterment and with the best interest of your child and in no way intends to harm. You further agree that you are the reviewer of materials and the ultimate judge of use of this site by your child. If you find images or disability related issues I am more than willing to accept your suggestion and I will consider changes based on time and energy. I do respect your suggestions and I can not stress enough this whole site is intended for intellectual development and my only "social Engineering" is to attempt to keep social engineering away from my and your kids as much as possible therefore allowing children to go do their own thing, I believe they are smart and will create and develope as they explore.
About US
Casey Arcade grew out of my desire to limit excess negativity, political, social chatter, rumors and ugliness of the internet when it comes to children. I enjoyed my youth and hope other children have the same opportunities to learn and grow up happier with an enquisitive and adventurous spirit. It may take some time and I have faith that this work will slowly be another little space for little ones to have opportunities to play online without the stress and angst that comes with using an unchecked medium such as the internet itself. In the end the internet and society will grow back into using the web as an academic tool, clean entertainment, useful social tool as well as responsible buisness tool, this is the start of where the internet is going to be.
